Kathmandu, December 2
Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, currently on an official visit to China, received a warm welcome upon his arrival in Beijing.
Chinese Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Communist Party of China, Sun Weidong, greeted Prime Minister Oli at Beijing Capital International Airport.
Prime Minister Oli’s delegation departed Kathmandu on a special chartered flight of Himalaya Airlines at 11 am on Monday.
During the visit, Chinese Premier Li Qiang will officially welcome Prime Minister Oli on December 3. The two leaders will hold bilateral talks followed by a signing ceremony.
Later that day, Prime Minister Oli is scheduled to meet Chinese President Xi Jinping and Zhao Leji, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress of China.
